<h3 id="may-i-cancel-or-amend-my-order-if-it-hasnt-shipped-yet">May I cancel or amend my order if it hasn&apos;t shipped yet?</h3><p>Yes, you may cancel or amend your order if it hasn&apos;t yet been shipped. Please contact our guest support with your order details as soon as possible by emailing orders@dandelionchocolate.com, and we&apos;ll assist you with editing your order or canceling it and processing a refund.</p><p>Once you receive a notification that your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to edit your shipping address or order content.</p><p>Please note that during busy times like Easter, Mother&#x2019;s Day, and the holidays, we process and ship orders more quickly than usual. As a result, it may not be possible to make changes once an order is underway.</p>

<h3 id="isPasted">No-Melt Guarantee</h3><p>We hope your chocolates arrive in flawless condition condition. During warmer months, we check the weather forecast for your ZIP code, then pack orders with cooling gel packs and insulation; we occasionally delay shipments when temperatures are exceptionally hot. If your item arrives melted, we will be happy to replace it with the same item or another of similar value. Virtual gift cards and exchanges can typically be issued immediately. For bank or credit card refunds, please allow up to 10 days for the funds to be posted to your account. In many cases, a bank account or credit card institution may take additional time to post funds to your account, even after we have fully issued the refund. We do our best to expedite refunds.
