May I cancel or amend my order if it hasn't shipped yet?
Yes, you may cancel or amend your order if it hasn't yet been shipped. Please contact our guest support with your order details as soon as possible by emailing [email protected], and we'll assist you with editing your order or canceling it and processing a refund.
Once you receive a notification that your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to edit your shipping address or order content.
Please note that during busy times like Easter, Mother’s Day, and the holidays, we process and ship orders more quickly than usual. As a result, it may not be possible to make changes once an order is underway.
