Order Protection

We want every delivery from Dandelion to arrive in perfect condition—and most of the time, it does. But in rare cases, packages can go missing, arrive damaged, or (in the summer) get a little too warm. That’s why we’ve partnered with Order Protection to make the resolution process faster and easier for you.

What is Order Protection?
Order Protection is a service we’ve added to all qualifying orders (excluding local pickups and subscriptions) at no extra cost. It covers any damage in transit, including melting, and gives you a quick, self-serve way to report an issue and receive a reshipment or refund—no need to email us or wait for a response.

How it works:

  1. If something goes wrong with your delivery, head to the Order Protection Claims Portal.

  2. Enter your email address and order number.

  3. Submit your claim in just a few clicks.

  4. You'll receive a fast response—often within minutes.

What’s covered:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged
  • Wrong items
  • Delivered not received
  • Wrong address (carrier)
  • Returned to sender
  • Defective items
  • Carrier did not receive
  • Missing items

Exclusions:
Local pickups and subscriptions are not covered by Order Protection at this time. If something goes wrong with those orders, just reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help.
