How do pickup orders work?Updated 19 days ago

Preorder pickup is available at our 16th Street factory, Monday through Saturday.

To order for pickup:

Place your order for pastries and / or chocolate items online, selecting “Pickup” at checkout. 

Pickups are available between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.. at our 16th Street Café location. 

For cakes and other baked goods, we require a 48-hour lead time to prepare your order; we regret that next-day pickups are not usually possible.
